Use the setup_472.exe program for older OS's like XP

Use the setup.exe program for newer OS's like Windows 7 and 8

        Printer loop removed so Win 7 and Win 8 will not print N squared
        copies when N requested.
        XP will probably only print 1 copy, no matter how many requested.
        The (ms) field on the keep-alive has finally been changed to (sec).
