Facetwin/fc6/readme
        The FacetWin UNIX Host software for Linux with the "glibc 2"
        runtime library and xinetd (rather than inetd) with Intel
        386/486/Pentium CPU.
        It has been tested on Fedora Core 6, Centos 5 and Red Hat Enterprise 5
	This partnumber runs well with the Linux 2.6 kernel
	If your OS has the the 2.4 kernel, use "linux98" instead
	(use "uname -a" to check your kernel level)

	Fedora Core 6 and Centos 5 and Red Hat Enterprise 5 
	have the 2.6 kernel.
	Fedora Core 4 and before have the 2.4.kernel. This may also 
	correspond to Centos 4 and Red Hat Enterprise 4.

        This version is compatible with Linux 98 style pts lines
        that are named like this: /dev/pts/0
        For "glibc 2" linux using inetd, use "linuxrh" instead.
        Because of wide variations in Linux versions, you may have to know
        what you are doing in order to install it on your machine.
To install it, run "sh install.sh" from this directory,
or follow the instructions in "install.txt" or "INSTALL".
or run "sh install_vtp_only.sh" from this directory,
or follow the instructions in "install_vtp_only.txt" or "INSTALL_VTP_ONLY".
