	FacetTerm UNIX terminal multi-session software for SCO UNIX.
	It has been tested on 3.2v4.2, and is thought to work on all 
	versions of SCO UNIX 3.2v4.X.  
	If you have SCO UNIXWARE, this will not work for you.  
	Use the "intel" or "unixware" version instead.  
	If you are running Open Server 5, use sco5 instead
	If you have 3.2v2.0, call us and ask for the "driver" version.
To install it, read "INSTALL" or "install.txt" in this directory.
