FacetPhone's Unified Communications features are provided by both the computer user interface and the mobile app.  These include:

 

● Presence Management.

With the User's window you can see the location and status of all or a subset of the users on the system.  You can see their availability for phone calls and IM sessions.  Tap here for a screen shot of the Users tab on the FacetPhone mobile app.  Visit the desktop web site to see the user interface screen shots.

 

● Instant Messaging (IM).

You can conduct instant messaging sessions with one or more users. You can add additional users or add a whole group to the session at once.  Tap here for a screen shot of the Instant Messaging tab on the FacetPhone mobile app.

 

● Visual Voice Mail.

With your voice mail display, you can see all your voice mail at a glance and listen to them in any order you want.  You can have voice mail sent to your email as an attachment.  You can have notification email or text messages sent to you letting you know of a new voice mail with the caller ID of the person who left the voice mail.  Tap here for a screen shot of the Voice mail tab on the FacetPhone mobile app.

 

● Visual call control.
