Voice Mail Windows

• Note that you can watch not only your personal voice mail folders but also voice mail folders for a group.

• The Date/Time column tells when the voice mail was recorded.  The From column has the caller ID of the person who left the voice mail.  You can click on the Subject of a voice mail and a box will be presented where you can enter notes about the call.  The Duration column shows the lenght of each voice mail.

• When you click on a voice mail in an area other than the subject you are given a menu for actions you can take on the voice mail:
