FacetPhone's Unified Communications features are provided by both the computer user interface and the mobile app. These include:

●Instant Messaging (IM).

●Visual Voice Mail.
With your voice mail display, you can see all your voice mail at a glance and listen to them in any order you want. You can have voice mail sent to your email as an attachment. You can have notification email or text messages sent to you letting you know of a new voice mail with the caller ID of the person who left the voice mail.
